Equity Partnership Program
In 2004 and 2007, Smith/Packett established an equity partnership program with a consortium of institutional and private equity investors to accelerate the growth of the company and capture the growing needs of the senior healthcare and housing industry.
To date, equity of $51MM has been deployed funding 25 projects, and funding $216MM of senior helathcare and housing projects. $29MM has been returned to investors with an IRR exeeding 30%.
