The project will open in September 2009.  In the interim, the current facility will continue operations in the existing physical plant until completion of the new building. At that time, the skilled nursing operations will move to the replacement facility. The assisted living operation will continue in place. The current operator intends to remodel the old skilled nursing facility building for use in conjunction with the assisted living operation.  The construction period is expected to be 12 months.

Rich Square Health and Rehabilitation Center is located in the quaint town of Rich Square, North Carolina approximately 20 minutes from the North Carolina/Virginia state line. The adjacent 15 acre site is ideally located behind the existing nursing facility on Rich Square’s Main Street, and will provide a campus-like setting.
