St. James Health and Rehabilitation Center will be opening their doors imminently to the three dozen residents scheduled for admission to receive rehabilitation and skilled nursing care in the new state of the art facility.  Saber Healthcare Group, Inc. is operating the single story, 90 bed nursing home, built on a 5.4 acre site in Franklin County, just north of Carrabelle on the outskirts of St. James Bay in Florida.  The facility is adjacent to the premier golf course community in the area.
